History

American Residential Properties’ founders were pioneers in the “REO to Rental” investment strategy. They formed American Residential Properties, LLC in 2008, a private investment firm to capitalize on the extraordinary price deterioration and asset re-pricing in the single-family housing sector.

 

Utilizing their own capital, they began developing a disciplined acquisition and management model and acquiring homes in Phoenix, Arizona to manage as rental properties. Expanding their acquisition activity, they launched ARP Phoenix Fund I, LP (Fund I) in early 2010 to accommodate institutional investors and family office capital. Fund I is fully subscribed and committed.

 

American Residential Properties' senior management team is well-qualified to execute ARP's investment strategy. They have extensive experience as real estate investors, a proven track record in acquisitions, finance and operations, and in-depth knowledge of, and presence in ARP's target markets.
